SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Information

All orders must be prepaid prior to shipment. (Customers outside of North America must use their courier account numbers for collect shipments).

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. ABS LLC is not responsible for delivery delays due to any delay a courier / transport company may experience due to weather, traffic or other situations that may lead to not meeting the expected delivery time and date.

We use FedEx or UPS for most small shipments. For larger shipments FedEx, UPS or other freight carriers will be used based on the size, type of shipment and destination. Other modes of shipping are possible, but not guaranteed. We will make every attempt to ship your items per your request, but based on our best judgment, we will make the final decision on how the order will be shipped.

If you would like us to bill your FedEx or UPS account, please make sure that it stated clearly on your Purchase Order and that you provide the full account number and method/speed of shipment that you are requesting. If no method of shipment is indicated on your Purchase Order, ABS LLC reserves the right to select the method of shipping.

Return Policy

You must obtain an RMA number before shipping any goods back to ABS LLC.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging for refund or credit. Please keep all packaging materials and shipping documents to insure proper credit.

Inspect your order: It is the customer's sole responsibility to inspect their order upon receipt. If you receive a broken or damaged item or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 5 business days.

Wrong Item

If you ordered the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to replace it with the correct item. However, we do not guarantee full credit if you have ordered the wrong item. If the item has been used or installed in an instrument, we cannot guarantee full credit or replacement. If you have ordered the wrong item it is your responsibility to pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We can recommend the best method and carrier based on the item's type, size and point of shipment.

If ABS LLC has sent you the wrong item ordered it is our policy to correct the error and to make a best effort attempt to get you the correct item. However, if there is a price difference the customer is liable for the difference. If the correct replacement item is not available the customer will receive a full refund. In the event that ABS LLC. has sent you the wrong item ordered, we will pay the shipping cost to return the item. We will provide the customer with a pre-paid shipping number and the method of shipment. However, it is the customer's responsibility to properly pack the item before returning it to ABS LLC. Upon request, we can provide packing instructions to the customer. After we receive and inspect the item, you may receive a credit or a replacement. ABS LLC will pay for the return shipping of the new item to you.
